Style Stalker… Olivia Palermo

Another style icon of mine is Olivia Palermo. I could seriously live in her walk-in closet. I absolutely adore everything about her outspoken, feminine, polished, versatile, classy, detailed and elegant style. Even when sometimes I feel like an outfit looks wrong on her, it’s still kind of right because of the way she wears and presents it.

Olivia Palermo is an American socialite and reality star known from the MTV’s reality show The City where she portrayed Whitney Port’s bitchy and grumpy colleague. Although sometimes I couldn’t stand her annoying personality in The City, I was always more than happy to see Olivia use every bit of ground she walks on as her catwalk. I love how she makes things work that I would think are not even worth to look at twice. Very inspiring! Also, although she can probably afford anything she wants, she’s good at mixing high street fashion with high end fashion in her looks.

Ever since she debuted in The City, she has never left the pages and covers of magazines and is more than often a fashionable guest at fashion shows. Except from being elegant and stylish, Olivia has been modelling for campaigns brands such as Mango and Hogan, she has been modelling alongside boyfriend Johannes Huebl and thereby owns her own jewelry line with Roberta Freymann.

As hard as it is to find something negative to say about Olivia’s outfits, I seriously don’t feel this outfit. Where normally I love the fact that she makes clashing items work, my opinion here is that it looks quite messy (although the shoes are ca-hute!).

What do you think about Olivia’s style?
